Q: What is unique about your food idea? How did it come about?
A: Hyderabadi cuisine is a 400-year-old princely legacy of the Nizams. While heavily influenced by Mughlai, Turkish & Arabic food, it also has herbs of Andhra & Marathwada cuisine. It is special because of the use of carefully selected ingredients that are cooked for a specific time and degree. In fact, Hyderabad was known for the spectacular way its aristocracy entertained. The feast at these banquets had delectable dishes, some of which are chosen for you in our menu

A: Biryani blues is now focused on taking their happiness handis to newer geographies, and will expand this coming year to the south of India. The vision is to become the national brand of choice to a consumer, so when he “thinks Biryani, he thinks Biryani Blues.”
