Q: What is unique about your food idea? How did it come about?
A: Hyderabadi cuisine is a 400-year-old princely legacy of the Nizams. While heavily influenced by Mughlai, Turkish & Arabic food, it also has herbs of Andhra & Marathwada cuisine. It is special because of the use of carefully selected ingredients that are cooked for a specific time and degree. In fact, Hyderabad was known for the spectacular way its aristocracy entertained.
